  • Understand technical requirements of clients and find the best solution for the client

  • Identify and communicate production costs and prepare quotations and cost books.

  • Proactively propose new or alternative services to clients.

  • Prepare and regularly update the commercial forecast and potential revenues; actively participate in and lead contractual negotiation together with internal partners.

  • Supervise progress status and identify corrective actions when needed to enhance client satisfaction and revenues from the production order.

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements (deadlines and service level)

  • Collaborate with partners inside the plant to identify and resolve issue, while protecting Patheon interests and image/.

  • Ensure the development and management of positive relationships with clients of the plant: understand their needs and propose potential technological development plans, in order to build and retain client loyalty.

  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/chemical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes

  • Proven experience in account management and in a customer-facing role

  • Analytical skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills at all levels

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and Italian

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment.
