Your role 

We are looking for an Events operational - Intern who will collaborate with the team by collecting status updates on EssilorLuxottica Days (LD) and Showroom/Reps (C88) samples’ deliveries, by interacting with global stakeholders (China, Japan, Brazil, Thailand, USA and Italian production plants) and cross-functional teams (Product, Planning, Logistics, GTM, Engineering, Procurement, Events). 

He/she will be in charge of weekly reporting and meetings’ support, with the aim of targeting 100% OTIF deliveries.

Moreover, he/she will be supporting the NPI & T4 – Specialist in the reporting and monitoring of PQ (avant premiere) deliveries from External plant, with the objective of delivering the best service to the market.

 

Main responsibilities: 
•    Samples’ delivery weekly updates from external (LD+C88) and Italian (C88 only) production plants;
•    Weekly meetings with operational teams (cross-functional interactions);
•    Reporting (ppt & excel);
•    EL management systems (PLM & SAP);
•    PQ delivery weekly updates from external production plants;

 

Main requirements:
•    Knowledge of Office package (PPT & Excel are crucial);
•    Fluent English speaker;
•    Team-work oriented (collaborative);
•    Empathetic & curious; 
•    Flexible & hardworking;
•    Focused on problem solving and critical thinking.
