ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Agordo Operations Headquarters, where the history of our Company got started.
Within the LCA team, you will support and coordinate studies to evaluate the environmental impact of materials, processes and products.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Perform LCA on key materials used into frames production (e.g., metal, acetate, nylon, bio-acetate, bio-nylon) and plano lenses (e.g., polyamide, policarbonate, bio-circular policarbonate)
Perform LCA on key frames and plano lenses production processes (e.g., for acetate: acetate sheets cutting, shaping, tumbling, assembling; for plano lenses: injection molding, hard coating, inspection, laser engraving, shaping)
Perform selected LCA on representative production volume products (e.g., iconic glasses Ray-Ban Wayfarer)
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering specialists to expand LCA studies on Frames and lenses dimension
Continuous improvement based on LCA results
Identify environmental high impact processes
Identify impact reduction levers and potential initiatives collaborating with Engineering
LCA software and tool evolution
Support data integration in LCA.
Integrate LCA results with eco-design framework and tool
Understand physical processes and collect input data for LCA analysis
Critical approach analyzing LCA hotspot and results
Support data implementation for Ecodesign tool
