Technical Customer Support - Italian Speaking with Relocation to Greece it

We are looking for a Italian speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist B2C customers for our client in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:


  • Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone

  • 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services

  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions

Requirements


  • Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).

  • English Language: B2 level +

  • Relocate to Greece

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries

  • Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
