Where we need you


As a Product Manager Global you will be responsible for different products within the productlines propulsion and fluidsystems. You will focus on product strategy definition, monitoring, and improving products as well as identifying new ones based on market trends and technologies scouting. You will work closely with the Sales department to promote products within current and potential customers, and you will support the Advanced Development area for new products and solutions projects.

Main responsibilities:

Global product contact for our external and internal customers and partners.

Monitor relevant markets, competitors, and technologies to identify trends at an early stage

Develop a product and a marketing strategy with respective timing plan and milestones

Give impetus for innovation projects within the Advanced Development area and provide active support for their implementation and any necessary adjustments

Support and implementation of projects to expand the product portfolio and with market introduction

You are responsible for optimization programs for the sustainable and competitive design of the product portfolio

How to convince us

A degree in a technical or commercial field

You have prior experience with the development processes in the automotive sector

Experience in product management would be a benefit

You are interested in new technologies and developments

Willingness to travel globally

You are a German native speaker with very good language skills in English, additional Italian is an advantage
